Powers
» Kinetic Energy Restoration - Not wanting to do much to move, Jughead's passive is fairly simple. The less he moves, the more energy he's able to store for himself. It'll make him feel better by a bit, not as a cure-all or as a way to get rid of major wounds, but he'll feel able to do a little more as he stays dormant. He has to stand still first for ten seconds before it starts to take hold, if he moves in that ten seconds, the timer resets.
» Lazy Magnetism - Jughead's wish was to be able to grab onto things without having to move. As such, his active ability allows him to be able to pull objects close to him through magic. He's able to act as a functional magnet for whatever he wishes, within reason. Not being the most physically fit person in the world, along with not having the greatest handle on magic in the first place, Jughead wouldn't be able to pull anything extremely heavy towards him. He'd be able to pull items like food and relatively weightless items to him easily, but anything heavier than that would be a struggle on both him physically and his soul gem.
There'd be a hard limit of 100 lbs that he'd be able to pull towards him. After all, his laziness has a limit. Initially as well, he wouldn't be able to use his ability and move at the same time if he's trying to pull anything heavier than say, a Quarter Pounder towards him.
